Further to previous correspondence around the Precinct’s annual H&S Building assessments, please find the following.

In an effort to simplify the process, please click the link below.
The link leads to an online survey.
The online survey will allow the Precinct’s H&S service provider to assess your compliance with the necessary regulations / requirements in terms of Health & Safety within your premises.
Please note that the regulations / requirements are PREMISES specific, and are required in terms of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Please complete / tick / fill in as necessary.

Please complete the survey on or before the 30 April 2024.

The Precinct’s H&S service provider, Cairnmead, will conduct spot checks to assist you where documents / records are missing and / or non-compliant.
