Dear all,

Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of the roadworks on the Precinct in 2023, the Precinct will commence Phase 2 of the refurbishment project on the 22nd April 2024.

Phase 2 is scheduled for completion at the end of September 2024.

The following locations will be affected.

  1.  Old House Lane (from Tigers Milk to Oak Lane i.e. the driveway running in front of the African Pride Hotel)
  2.  Crescent Drive (the full length of Crescent Drive from Melrose Boulevard to Oak Lane)
  3.  Whiteley Road (from Atholl Oaklands to Melrose Boulevard)

Please advise all your staff of the following during this refurbishment program:

Road and lane closures will be implemented as required.
Please expect delays and detours when and where applicable.
Please use alternate routes and basement entrance/exits as necessary.
Please obey directional signage and flagmen at all times.

Updates as to closures / lane changes / detours and the like will follow and the Precinct will endeavour to update all users as each location gets tackled.
