[Melrose Arch Tenant] Urgent Notification to the Precinct

        Dear all

Please take note that the Precinct's District Cooling Plant has suffered a series of failures, mechanical and electrical.
This has a direct impact on the Precinct's ability to provide your premises with air conditioning.
The Plant is operating at approx. 50% capacity at the moment.

The Precinct's service providers are onsite and are attending to the various issues.
The teams will remain onsite until such time as normal (taking load shedding in to account) plant operations can be achieved.

Please advise all your colleagues, staff, clients, visitors and guests of the interruption to services.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
