Further to the initial communication please note:

Whiteley Road will be closed from today until 6 June 2023 to public.
Access control to the hotels Arch Cycles/Grind will be managed by security.

Dear all

The subject line and attached have reference.

The Precinct and its service providers will be commencing an extensive roadworks refurbishment program on the 24th April 2023.
The roadworks are scheduled for completion on the 30 September 2023.

The roadworks will affect six of the seven intersections along Melrose Boulevard - please see attached diagram.
The roadworks will be done in sequence, commencing at location 6, moving on to location 5 once 6 is completed, moving on to 4 once 5 is completed and so on.

Please advise all your staff of the following during this refurbishment program:

Road and lane closures will be implemented as required.
Please expect delays and detours when and where applicable.
Please use alternate routes and basement entrance/exits as necessary.
Please obey directional signage and flagmen at all times.

Section 6         -           intersection Sunnyside Road and Melrose Boulevard

Section 5         -           intersection Whiteley Road and Melrose Boulevard

Section 4         -           intersection P1 Parking entrance and Melrose Boulevard

Section 3         -           intersection High Street and Melrose Boulevard

Section 2         -           intersection P3 Parking entrance and Melrose Boulevard

Section 1         -           intersection Atholl Oaklands and Melrose Boulevard
