        Dear all,

MTN Global will be hosting a Global leadership gathering, presented by the MTN Group CEO and attended by MTN Top management from the various global offices.
Delegates will be staying at the African Pride, Protea Fire and Ice and Marriott Hotels.
To kick off the event, MTN SA- CEO together with the MTN Group CEO will host a 'welcome cocktail event' at Melrose Arch on upper High Street (between Protea Fire & Ice hotel and Elegance)

To be noted:

Setup of event commences Saturday, 4 February

Event: Monday, 6 February from 18h00 - 21h30

o   Tenants, residents and patrons will have walking access to the High Street until 4pm on Monday, 6 February.
Thereafter, we'll have security direct pedestrians/ residents/gym members/ hotel guests to Slip and Cross Street should they wish to access Whiteley road and gate.

o   Elegance Jewellers won't have access to the parking bays on High Street from, 4-7 February, 2023. Fabiani parking bays on Crescent drive will be available for this period.

o   Whiteley road will be access controlled, from Whiteley gate to Corner Whiteley and Melrose Boulevard, at 3pm on Monday, 6 February.

o   The below tenants, residents and customers will have access to Whiteley road (No other vehicles)

*         Hotel buses

*         OoW Residents

*         Daytona/Daytona Direct customers

*         The Grind Coffee customers

*         Piazza  deliveries and collections

o   Sound check will take place at 2pm -3pm on Monday, 6 February.
