[Melrose Arch Tenant] Notification | Whiteley Road Closure | FIBA Spring Fest Event

Melrose Arch, for the first time, will host the FIBA 3x3 action on the Piazza on 23-24 September from 10am-6pm. Basketball lifestyle elements will be seen and felt in various locations within Melrose Arch. Basketball is one of the few sports that ties in naturally with lifestyle elements such as food, music, dance and fashion, and therefore it's a natural fit to host the event at Melrose Arch. One of the most exciting elements included as part of the offering this year is the FIBA 3x3 Tournament that will draw younger spectators and players alike. Please find attached the event press release and floor plan for your perusal. Please take note of the below and inform the relevant people accordingly.

Thursday, 22 September from 6am:

o   Whiteley Road will be access controlled from corner Whiteley Rd and Melrose Boulevard to Arch Cycles.

o   Buses, delivery vehicles, Uber drop offs and pickups, clients going to The Grind Coffee shop, Daytona and One on Whiteley residents will have complete access to Whiteley Road on Thursday.

23- 24 September from 6am:

o   Whiteley Road will be closed to the public from corner Whiteley Rd and Melrose Boulevard to Arch Cycles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday before 11am.

o   All hotel buses, Uber pickups and drop offs must use the Whiteley Rd gate for entrance and exit.

o   Whiteley Road will be reopened on Sunday, 25 September at 11am.
