[Melrose Arch Tenant] Notification | Whiteley Road Access Control | Cyclethon 2022

        Dear all,

Melrose Arch and CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa on Sunday, 18 September will get on the saddle for the annual Melrose Arch Cyclethon to raise funds for CHOC.
There are 160 bikes available per session, with professional instructors leading each session.  Sessions will run for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break in between to facilitate the changeover of bikes.
The public is welcome to participate in as many sessions as they wish. Various celebrities will join the cyclists or stand on the side-lines, showing their encouragement. There will also be live entertainment and fabulous spot prizes.
CHOC is a non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and wellbeing of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families. The organisation aims to save lives through early detection and comprehensive support programmes for the families affected by cancer, offering psychosocial, emotional and practical support as they augment the different medical fraternities

o   Access control will be implemented from Corner Whiteley and High Street and Corner Melrose Boulevard and Whiteley, on 17-18 September.
Buses, delivery vehicles, uber's, clients going to the Grind Coffee shop, Daytona and One on Whiteley residents will have complete access to Whiteley road.

o   The event is taking place on the Piazza, however Whiteley road will be used as a loading zone for delivery vehicles.

Wayne Preston will be in charge of the road and public access management 072-621 0507.
