        Dear all,

Please note that  Amdec Property Development team will be doing maintenance and repair work at the Marriott Porte Cochere entrance road (High street extension) from 6-10 October 2022.

6-10 October 2022

o   Buses, delivery vehicles, uber drop offs and pickups, clients going to the Grind Coffee shop, Daytona and One on Whiteley residents and Marriott / Fire and Ice guests will have complete access to Whiteley road.

o   The bus parking bays on Whiteley road will be reserved with cones so that only buses can utilise this drop off as per the original design. The bus will not be able to make the corner into the porte cochere without falling into the excavation.

o   Vehicles will be able to squeeze through between the excavation and the bollards - please keep this to a minimum.

o   A flag man from utere will warn vehicles of the danger since there will be "men at work". In the event that it becomes unsafe for vehicle access the road will be closed momentarily.

o   The condition of the road will be inspected by APD and High Street Extension / Porte Cochere will be reopened at 12:05pm
