[Melrose Arch Tenant] Carols on the Piazza by Drakensberg Boys Choir | Melrose Arch

        Dear all,

We are thrilled to be hosting Carols on the Piazza with the Drakensberg Boys Choir, on 26 November.
Ex Drakies Gareth Trent and Zwai Bala will be our wonderful hosts for the evening.

Furthermore, we'll be screening the WCS/ Mexico Vs Argentina after the concert.

The strike of the AV equipment, lights and Bedouin tent will be done immediately after the event.
The public will be permitted to sit on the Piazza and watch the game-weather permitting.

Kindly take note the following :
Friday, 25 November - setup of stage, Bedouin tent and AV will commence from 7am.
Saturday, 26 November
- the balance of setup will commence from 9am.
- gates will be open to public at 5pm
- event starts at 6h30pm
- event ends at 7h30pm
- Whiteley Road will be closed from 2pm and reopens 8pm. (with access control for the hotels only)
- WCS/ Mexico Vs Argentina game starts 9pm

NOTE: Tickets are fully booked at Computicket.
You are welcome to book a table at one of the Piazza restaurants to enjoy the choir.
