[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear all

Please note that Bidvest Prestige Specialised Services will be onsite Monday morning to attend to the cleaning of the 37 High Street and 44 Melrose Boulevard facades.

One team will work at the 37 High Street side, above Elegance, using scaffolding.
They will have the necessary safety gear and will ensure that they leave enough rooms for pedestrians to pass by.

The second team will be working at 44 Melrose Boulevard above the @Home bus stop, using a cherry picker.

The cherry picker will be onsite for no less than one day but possibly a maximum of three days.
