[Melrose Arch Tenant] Crescent Drive + High Street + Whiteley | roadworks

        Dear all
Please note that the works, bar the speedbump installation, as per first mail below have been completed.
The speedbumps will be installed next week.
Further roadworks are scheduled to take place at the following location | the intersection of High and Whiteley in front of the Marriott Hotel.

Portion One of roadworks include:

•          Removal, levelling and relaying of pedestrian walkway between Fire & Ice Hotel and Archers Bar, including the bell curve towards the porte cochere.
•          Removal, levelling and relaying of driveway between Fire & Ice Hotel revolving door and Archers Bar/Daytona Direct.
•          Works are scheduled to take place from the 29th March to the 1st April.

Portion Two of the roadworks include:

•          Removal, levelling and relaying of portions of the porte cochere in front of the Marriott Hotel.
•          Re-sanding of the porte cochere in front of the Marriott Hotel.
•          Works are scheduled to take place from the 4th April to the 7th April (please note this date may change depending on the Hotel’s occupancy over the month-end weekend).

Portion Three of the roadworks include:

•          Installation of speed bumps between Fire & Ice Hotel and Archers Bar.
•          Installation of speed bumps between GT Sports & Classics and the corrugated fence.
•          Installation of speed bumps between Starbucks & ex-Edgars and Paul & Elegance.
•          Works are scheduled to take place between the 4th April to the 7th April, dependent on product delivery.

Please note that this is live work as the chemical bonding agent used to secure the speed bumps takes one hour to set, road closures can be limited to a lane at a time.

·         Removal, levelling and relaying of pedestrian walkway between Starbucks and ex-Edgars.

·         Painting of zebra crossing between Starbucks & ex-Edgars and Paul & Elegance.

·         Installation of speed bumps between Starbucks & ex-Edgars and Paul & Elegance.

Portion Two of roadworks include:

·         Removal, levelling and relaying of pedestrian walkway between middle island and Virgin Active gym on Melrose
