[Melrose Arch Tenant] Crescent Drive | roadworks

        Dear all,

Please note that we will be commencing roadworks on Crescent Drive from the 22nd March, for a period of 11 days, ending 01 April 2022.

Portion One of roadworks include:

*         Removal, levelling and relaying of pedestrian walkway between Starbucks and ex-Edgars.

*         Painting of zebra crossing between Starbucks & ex-Edgars and Paul & Elegance.

*         Installation of speed bumps between Starbucks & ex-Edgars and Paul & Elegance.

Portion Two of roadworks include:

*         Removal, levelling and relaying of pedestrian walkway between middle island and Virgin Active gym on Melrose Boulevard.

Portion One

Closure of P2 basement entrance and exit on all basement levels.
Crescent Drive at the intersection of Oak Lane, will be barricaded.
Signage will be placed indicating alternate entrance/exit via High Street & Boulevard.
Signage will be placed to advise access restrictions.

Portion Two

Closure of southbound lane of Melrose Boulevard between Virgin Active and the Fountain.
Northbound lane of Melrose Boulevard between Mr. George and ex-Rockets.
To remain in place until roadworks are completed.
