[Melrose Arch Tenant] Electricity Interruption -Sunday 24 and 31 July 2022

Subject line and attached have reference.

City Power will be conducting maintenance on their infrastructure at the Cydna Power Station, Sunday 24 July 2022.
To this end they will be shutting down power to the surrounding suburbs between 08:00 on Sunday morning until 18:00 on Sunday afternoon.

The Precinct’s generators will operate during this time.
Please note that whilst the Precinct will do its utmost to provide standby power during this period,
due to unforeseen circumstances which may or may not occur,
the Precinct is unable to guarantee ten hours of uninterrupted standby power during this period.
In the event of an emergency, the Precinct reserves the right to reduce or limit the supply of standby power as may be required.

We request that ALL tenants whether connected to standby power or not take the necessary precautions before vacating their premises on Friday afternoon.

All unnecessary electrical equipment to be turned off.
All IT related equipment to be made safe.
Please ensure that all servers, POS systems and the like, are backed up and shut-down where possible.

Should you be in your premises on Sunday, please treat all electrical equipment as live.
