[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear tenant,

Please note that The Breast Health Foundation and Melrose Arch will be hosing the One Step at a time Cancer Warrior Walk this Sunday, 21 August, 2022 at 8am.
The start and finish of the Walk will take place on Whiteley road, we are expecting about 1500 participants. Whiteley road will be access controlled on Saturday (From Lower Whiteley and Boulevard for deliveries)
Whiteley road will be completely closed on Sunday, 21 August, 2022 from 6am -12pm.
SANBS will active in the Fire and Ice lobby lounge from 8am -2pm on Sunday, 21 August, 2022

Saturday 20 August, 2022

o   6am Whiteley road will be closed from Corner Melrose Boulevard and Whiteley road, to Arch Cycles. (Floor plan attached for reference)

o   Delivery vehicles, and event management vehicles will be permitted to use the parking bays opposite Mezepoli.

o   Whiteley road will be access controlled for Hotel buses, The Grind, Arch Cycles and Daytona customers only.
Sunday 21 August

o   6am -9am Whiteley gate and Whiteley road will be completely closed for the start of the event.

o   9am Whiteley gate will be access controlled. The inbound lane will be used for Hotel Buses only and outbound lane will be open to the participants returning to the Precinct.

o   12pm Whiteley road will be completely open.
Our Operations team will manage the above schedule on Saturday and Sunday.
