[Melrose Arch Tenant] Daytona Launch Party and Super Car Sunday | 15-16 May 2021

        Dear tenant,

We’ve given Daytona the permission to host the Daytona rally launch party on Saturday, 15 May 2021 and Super Car Sunday, 16 May 2021.
We will also host live entertainment on Sunday at the Piazza by Sheldon Sham and Justin from 12pm -4pm.
Kindly refer to the production schedule below and floor plan attached for Daytona’s events.

            Whitely Road closure: from Saturday 15 May at 19h00 to Sunday 16 May at 13h00
            Security will manage the access control to the Marriott hotel.

Saturday:
Daytona – open for trade as per normal 09h00 to 13h00
13h30 – 16h00 – Event set-up
16h30 – Customer arrival in their Super Cars:
                 Daytona Staff are to park these cars onto the showroom floor.
17h00 – Cocktail function with soft music
21h00 – End and Breakdown

Sunday:
10h30 -  Cars to arrive and park on Whiteley road in front of the Piazza. Daytona staff to facilitate with display
11h00- The Venue technical team to arrive onsite and proceed with Piazza set up
11h30 – Restaurants to open
11h30- Sheldon and Justine arrive on site and proceed with set up and sound check
12h00- Live entertainment
13h00 – Super Car Sunday display ends and customers will leave at own discretion.
13h30- Whiteley road to be completely open
