        Dear Melrose Arch tenant

Further to previous communication regarding the dropping of lockdown regulations to Level 3 on Monday, 1 June, please find further information for your perusal.

During Level 4 of the lockdown, Melrose Arch adopted an access protocol at the main entrances that required tenants to produce their CIPC certificate, a travel permit and a Melrose Arch access sticker.
Tenants were required to advise Security whether they were receiving visitors and whether they had service providers attending to work-related items within their premises.
Following the issuing of the Level 3 regulations as attached, the precinct will be relaxing the access protocols at the main entrances.
Tenants will no longer be required to have a CIPC certificate, a travel permit or a Melrose Arch access sticker.
Tenants will no longer be required to advise Security whether they will be receiving visitor or service providers.
To those of you who assisted us during Level 4 lockdown by complying to the necessary protocols, we thank you for your cooperation.

Please advise your staff members and colleagues that only the Corlett Drive gate and Atholl-Oaklands gate into Melrose Boulevard will be open for access and exit.
The Whiteley Road gate will remain closed until further notice.

Please advise your staff members and colleagues that access to the tenant parking basement will still be through the Parking 3, Parking 2 and Virgin Active entrances,
and access to the normal (visitors) parking basement will only be via the Parking 1 (Woolworths - off Melrose Blvd) and Parking 2 (Starbucks - off Crescent Dr) entrances.

Please take note of Clause 47 in the attached regulations, the contents of which are self-explanatory.

Please take note that some access cards may have expired due to lack of use, especially for building access at the lobbies.
If so, please correlate all expired cards on to a single list and send us the details to access at melrosearch.co.za<mailto:access at melrosearch.co.za>.
We will activate the cards as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
