        Dear all,

This notice is to inform you that we are awaiting for the council to reactivate the feed to the precinct
We expect this to take place sometime during this evening

!!! Kindly ensure that your taps are left closed upon your departure to avoid flooding of your premises.

Port-a-loos and water tanks are available in two locations on the precinct

  1.  Piazza/ Whiteley Road
  2.  Melrose Blvd next to the fountains

Further to previous communication, repairs are well under way.
We expect the repairs to be completed within the next two hours.

Council will reactivate the feed from the Randjiesfontein reservoir.
Please note that it will take approx. 8 to 10 hours for water supply to the Precinct to return to normal.

Port-a-loos have been ordered and will be delivered to the Precinct shortly.
4x will be positioned at the Piazza area and 4 at the fountain /Melrose Blvd

Dear all,

Kindly note that a main pipe from the Council burst overnight and Stage 6 water restrictions have been implemented.

The Council has closed the Randjiesfontain reservoir to stop the leak.
Once the leak has subsided, repairs will commence.

At this stage there is NO water coming into Melrose.
Our standby tanks are at 20%. Tenants are advised to use water  sparingly.

No ETR from Council.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
