        Dear tenant,

Please note that we've given The Urban Markets permission to host the annual Christmas Market on Melrose Boulevard from Wednesday, 2 December to Saturday, 5 December, 2020.

Both northbound lanes of Melrose Boulevard will be closed from the corner of Crescent Drive and Melrose Boulevard to 30 Melrose Boulevard at 6am tomorrow until 6am on Sunday, 6 December, 2020. The southbound lanes of Melrose Boulevard will be open to single-lane traffic.

In the event of rain, the Christmas Market will be moved to the upper and middle retail Galleria. Below is the event schedule and attached are the event floor plans.

All Covid-19 regulations and procedures are in place for this event.

WEDNESDAY 2-5 DECEMBER
