        Dear Tenant

With reference to the attached documents and previous correspondence (attached for ease of reference), please note the following:

All tenants, their staff and their service providers are advised to comply with all necessary regulations and guidelines, where applicable.
Failure to comply may result in denial of access to the Precinct and possible closure of the premises until such time as the requirements/regulations/rules have been complied with.

For those tenants wishing to return on Monday 4 May, please ensure that you have provided us with the required information as per below

1.         The category of permitted service the Tenant falls within.
2.         Number of employees (30% of staff complement) including the details of said employees returning to work.
3.         CIPC Permit / Certificate (if applicable in terms of revised Regulations).

Failure to provide the information will result in denial of access to the Precinct.
