Dear all,

It's a well-known fact that South Africans are huge rugby fans and now that the Rugby World Cup is upon us, there's no doubt we're going to eat, breathe and sleep rugby for the next two months
Melrose Arch has partnered with Liquid Chefs Mobile and Fancy Affairs to host The Lounge pop up bar on the Piazza and will show all the Springbok games on the big screen
Entrance is free but numbers are limited and no alcohol will be served to under 18s.  Please take note of the various stages involved in the set up for this event.
Attached is the event floor plan and campaign programme for your attention
Whiteley road won't be closed for the duration of the campaign

Wednesday 18th September 08h00      Brandevolution- Will deliver, install astro turf and picket fence on the Piazza. The astro turf will remain on the Piazza until 2 November 2019
Thursday 19th September 12h00        Fancy Affairs- Will deliver, bar stools, cocktail tables and chairs on the Piazza as well as arrange the furniture as per the attached floor plan. All vehicles must be parked by the parking bays near the Grillhouse for easy access to the Piazza
Thursday 19th September 14h00          Liquid Chefs Mobile will load in and set up a Square Zen bar on the Piazza
Friday 20th September 08h00               Liquid Chefs Mobile -Support staff arrive onsite, liquor and glassware to be delivered to the event area
Friday 20th September 09h30               Bidvest Services - Security personal to be briefed on event access control
Friday 20th September 10h00              The rugby world cup Lounge event area opens, Piazza restaurants to spill out onto the Piazza
Friday 20th September 16h00              Liquid Chefs Mobile -Event ends, all liquor to be removed from site and event area to be secured and all entrance and exit points closed
Saturday 21st September 08h00        Liquid Chefs Mobile -Support staff arrive onsite, liquor and glass ware to be delivered to the event area
Saturday 21st September 09h30        Bidvest Services - Security personal to be briefed on event access control
Saturday 21st September 10h00        The rugby world cup Lounge event area opens, Piazza restaurants to spill out onto the Piazza
Saturday 21st September 16h00         Melrose Lounge RWC Fan Park event ends
Saturday 21st September 16h30         Fancy Affairs breakdown, collection of all furniture and décor items
Saturday 21st September 17h00         Liquid Chefs breakdown the bar, and collection of all glassware and plastic cups
