[Melrose Arch Tenant] NOTICE | Melrose Arch - Solar Panel installation

        Dear all,

With reference to the subject line, please be advised that the Precinct will commence with the installation of solar panels on various rooftops throughout the Precinct.
The installation will commence this week and is scheduled to take approx. six months.
Transport of the materials to the rooftops will take place after-hours.
The actual installation will take place during normal office hours.

The following buildings are included:

17 Melrose Boulevard
23 Melrose Boulevard
30/34 Melrose Boulevard
44/54 Melrose Boulevard
10 High Street
37 High Street
34 Whiteley Road

Due to the nature of the installation, disruptive noisy works will be minimal.
We will advise should there be any noisy works required.
