[Melrose Arch Tenant] EVENT & ROAD CLOSURE SCHEDULE | 94.7 Vitality Short Ride

        Dear all,

Kindly note that Melrose Arch has partnered with Prime Media Communications, to host the Vitality Short Ride event, taking place on Sunday 17th November 2019
2500 Cyclists have entered the Vitality Short Ride and are expected to be on the  precinct, from 7am on Sunday
Attached is the event overview for your reference and below is the event map.
Please take note, of the road closure schedule below and alternative routes that can be used on Sunday morning and inform the relevant people of this

Sunday 17 November 2019

  *   The Gate/ Entrance into Melrose Boulevard from Athol Oaklands will be closed from 6am -12pm
  *   Melrose Boulevard, from Athol Oaklands to Melrose Boulevard and Crescent Drive will be closed  from 6am -11am
  *   The High Street will be closed, from Mr George to the Square, from 6am-11am. No Av equipment or music will be played on the Square for this event
  *   African Pride Melrose Arch Hotel, Autograph Collection guests can use the Whiteley or Corlett drive entrances into Melrose Arch, onto Crescent drive, and down the High Street
  *   Due to the height restrictions at the basements parking, vehicles with roof-mounted bike racks will need to make use of the drop off zone on Whiteley road before accessing the basement 2 parking area
  *   Whiteley road will be partially closed, from 34 Whiteley road to Whiteley and Melrose Boulevard from 6am- 10am
  *   Entrance into Melrose Arch from Athol Oaklands and Whiteley road will be open, therefore Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott Melrose Arch guests will have access to the Hotel
  *   Parking entrance 3, will be open to the general public after 10am
  *   Temporary rest rooms will be placed by the 30 Melrose Boulevard, left bound loading bays from 6am -10am
  *   The Virgin Active Classic basement parking will be utilized by the cyclist from 7am -6pm
