[Melrose Arch Tenant] NOTICE | 24 June 2019 Rand Water Shutdown

        Dear all,

With reference to the subject line and the attached notification, please note the following:

The Precinct has 120,000L of water available as standby and a further 200,000L will be added to this supply.

Tenants are nonetheless requested to use water sparingly during the shutdown.

Pressure and supply to the Precinct will be monitored throughout the 54hr period.

Common area bathrooms within the buildings will be monitored, and may or may not be usable depending on pressure and supply to the Precinct.

The public bathroom facilities in the Galleria will be available for all to use.

Cleaning and sanitary services will continue as per normal operations.

Where necessary the Precinct will reduce supply to portions of the Precinct to ensure that the public facilities remain supplied with water.

Tenants and buildings with their own standby supply will have their supply reduced to ensure that the broader Precinct remains with water.

Tenants and residents are requested to stock up on bottled water for consumption purposes.

Wet wipes and sterile hand wipes are available from Clicks and Woolworths, for your convenience.

Tenants are advised to inform all their staff, colleagues and visitors of the possibility of water interruptions during this 54hr period.
