[Melrose Arch Tenant] EVENT | Walking on Sunshine - 5Km Spring Walk - 2019

        Dear All,

Melrose Arch is pleased to once again be host of the Walking On Sunshine 5km Spring Walk on Sunday, 1 September in aid of charity.
All proceeds from the Spring Walk will go to the Smile Foundation and Hospice Wits.

Kindly take note of the event schedule below and refer to the Piazza floor map and 5km route, attached.

Thursday 29 August 2019
16:00 Brandevolution will load picket fencing, astro turf and erect a 5x5 Pagoda on the Piazza
Registration Friday 30th August 2019 and Saturday 31 August from 09h00 - 14h00 on the Piazza, Melrose Arch
Road Closure Schedule
Saturday 31 August 2019
06:00  Partial closure of Whiteley road (From The Grill House to Mezepoli)
08:00  Brandevolution will load in and set up a 5x5 Pagoda for Classic 1027 on Whiteley road, behind the Piazza LED screen
17:00  Clamber Club will load in and set up kids soft toy elements onto the astro turf on the Piazza
18:00  Whiteley road, from Melrose Boulevard to the High Street will be closed for set up of start and finish gantries by Av Active
Sunday  1 September 2019
06:00-10:30 Total closure of Whiteley road for the duration of the event
12:00  Whiteley road from the Fire and Ice Hotel, to Athol Oaklands will be open
Monday 2 September roads will be open to traffic
