        Dear Tenant,

Please note that Melrose Arch will be the host of Ivyson Tour concert to take place on Whiteley Road, Piazza, this Saturday, 20th October 2018.

EVENT | Ivyson Tour Concert

Whiteley Road will be closed to traffic from 18h00 on the 19th October 2018 for set-up of stage (floor map at the end of this communication)
Event 14h00 - 19h00 on the 20th October 2018.
Strike down will commence from 19h00 on the 20th October 2018 and the event space will be clear by 06h00 on the 21st October 2018.

There will be loud music however as per the site visit with their technical team, speakers will be facing the event space and not projecting into the restaurants or towards the hotel.

Crew has been informed of the 70 decibel from source requirement for noise however consider this is a concert for U18.

4000 pax are expected to attend the event, ages 12 and up.

Please prepare accordingly, inform all your staff/ colleagues/ patrons
