Due to popular demand we have relaunched the Retail Discount Initiative at Melrose Arch
[cid:image003.png at 01D4863A.5AE306C0]in form of an internal Tenant Loyalty Program which you can find on
the Melrose Arch APP.

The APP is available to download from the IStore or PlayStore,

Each retailer have their own entry under the "Tenant Loyalty" icon, and you may redeem your discount for the
[cid:image004.png at 01D4863A.5AE306C0]respective retailer by showing the "Exclusive Discount Access" badge, at the till point.

Please inform all your colleagues, staff, residents of this exclusive offering from our precinct retail.

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the "Terms & Conditions" specified at the end of this email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in any special offer advertised on the Melrose Arch app, you are accepting these
terms and conditions

If you have any queries on any special offer, you are required to contact the applicable retailer
directly

A special offer may be subject to separate terms and conditions specific to a retailer. You can
obtain any information or specific terms and conditions related to a special offer directly from
the applicable retailer

All special offers can be redeemed by presenting the applicable discount voucher on the app at
the till point of the participating retailer

Special offers can be changed at any time without notice and a participant must contact the
applicable retailer directly should it have any queries regarding a special offer which has been
changed

Only tenants and residents at Melrose Arch are entitled to use the special offers advertised on
the Melrose Arch app. Accordingly, all subscribers to the Melrose Arch app will be vetted by
Melrose Arch management upon subscription to the app

Melrose Arch (including its owners, managing agent, directors, employees, service providers)
shall not be liable to any person who wishes to participate in a special offer and the participant
hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Melrose Arch

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and it is up a participant to ensure that
it has read the latest terms and conditions applicable to the special offers

	Authority to Contract 
No agreement binding the company will come into effect unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorised director of the company.
