Dear Tenant,

Kindly note that we have given Urban Events permission to activate on the Piazza from 12 to 18 June 2018.

The set-up will commence this evening and conclude tomorrow morning

Further details included below,

11 June 2018



18h00-19h00

Volvo-Thalia to park cars 6-8 cars in the basement for set up on the Piazza tomorrow

21h00

Urban Events to set up Marquee on the Piazza and kiddies play area specifically for Volvo clients
Kiddies area to be covered in astro turf and picket fencing

12 June 2018



07h00-09h00

Volvo -to ensure cars are moved from the basement to the activation by 09h00

09h00-18h00

Back ground music will be played from the Marquee, music should not have an impact on the surrounding tenants (DJ will be available on Sunday)

07h00

Melrose Arch - Volvo creating has been scheduled to loop through the Piazza and Square screens from the 12th -18th of June 2018
