Dear Tenant,

Kindly note that we have given permission to Land Rover Sandton to activate on the Piazza this weened 21-22 April, their Twin Terrapod & Merchandise Trailer

Set Up - The terapod and fencing will be delivered after 21h00 tomorrow evening onto the Piazza from the top of Whiteley road next to Grillhouse entrance.
They will continue the official set up from approx. 6am on Friday morning for completion before 09h00.

Activation - The terapod will operated on Friday and Saturday from 09h00 - 18h00 whereby you can complete your indemnity form and ride with a qualified instructor on the terapod to showcase the functionality of the Land Rover

Strike Down - Saturday evening from 21h00 and 6am on Sunday morning to be complete before 09h00

Noise will be simple ambient crowd and no additional entertainment

Road Closure of Whiteley Road is not required for the activation but possibly for access control.
