        Dear Tenant,

Please take note that we have granted permission to Motul to host The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride event scheduled for this weekend the 24th September 2017.

Set up will commence from 06h00 for partial High Street closure and the Square set up will be complete by 10h00.

Currently 360 registered riders(expected 500-850) bikes are expected to end for lunch after their bike run on Sunday and should begin to arrive from approx. 13h00.

They will be parking on high street between Crescent Drive and African Pride, not closing your entrance/access for guests. Their VIP riders will be parking in the tent and festivities around heritage day will be activated on The Square.

There will be noise but managed from the bikes themselves however there is no scheduled entertainment or MC to disrupt your guests.

The riders will be directed to entertain for lunch at all surrounding restaurants, hotels, etc.

Please expect noise owing to the sound of engines of the motorbikes however it has been made clear and advised that this group of riders is not the "reving type crowd".

The distinguished gentleman's ride is a global initiative and event with wonderful exposure for Melrose Arch and all surrounding tenants.
