        Dear Tenant,

Melrose Arch is proud to once again host to the annual Cyclethon on the Piazza, this Saturday 16th September 2017,

Kindly take note of their set-up as follows;

ROAD CLOSURE: Whitely Road will be closed to traffic from Thursday 6pm to Sunday 6pm. | Melrose Blvd to High Street
Friday 15th SEP

-          Delivery and set-up from 6am ;

*         Stretch tent and concreate blocks

*         Stage & screen build by TCH Bonisa | sound checks

*         Stuttafords Van Lines to deliver 160 bikes to the event area

*         Picket fencing to be set-up

*         Mantis Security on site
Saturday 16th SEP

-          All teams to arrive on site from 5am and set-up

*         Gazebos | Registration Area next to Rocomamas/ Opposite Artjamming - Entrance to ML Galleria

*         HOT FM Ob Van Set-up

*         Medical Set-up

*         Kids Area Set-up | Whiteley Road


Cyclethon officially starts their first cycling hour at 7am and concludes with their last cycling hour at 12pm


*         Breakdown begins from 2pm
