[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear Tenant,

Please take note that we have given permission to JHB Pride  to  host their annual JHB Pride Parade and event on Melrose Boulevard - Melrose Arch.

The Set-up / Deliveries will commence 27th October 2017 from 18h00

Event set up and road closure (Melrose Boulevard) will commence at midnight, 28th October 2017 with the event running from 14h00 parade until 22h00 and strike down to commence immediately thereafter.

The objective of the event is to #respectdiversity at Melrose Arch with an expected influx of approx. 6000-8000 guests and build awareness.

Please gear up for an increase in patrons capacity and service to monopolize on the potential increase in turnover to your store or restaurant.

There will be a stage with a line up of artists so please do expect noise however we are taking all required precautions and procedures to ensure the event is compliant and managed effectively.

Kindly advise all your staff/ colleagues/ patrons
