[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear Tenant,

Please note that we have granted the Mustang Car Club - Gauteng permission to host an activation on
the High Street (African Pride Hotel to Paul Restaurant)  as well as on Crescent Drive (Paul Restaurant to Rockets Express)
to display their 70 mustang vehicles this Father’s Day, 18th June 2017.

The set up will commence from 07h30 on Sunday 18th June and the activation will end in the afternoon from 3pm.

The High Street and Crescent Drive will close from midnight on the 17th June and reopen on Sunday after the event.

See attached the layout of the vehicles.

Autozone will set-up PlayStations on the Square for older kids.

MC/DJ will be positioned close to FNB on Crescent Dr.
