[Melrose Arch Tenant] PLAYGROUND ACTIVATION | Melrose Arch (Kids School Holidays Activities)

        Dear tenant,

Kindly note that we have arranged a "Playground" activation from 15th July to 13th August 2017
The set-up will cover Upper Retail Galleria, Middle Retail Galleria, Piazza, Slip & Cross and The Square

The run schedule herein included will give an insight on the setup dates and times as well as the elements to be set-up
Kindly share the attached poster with your database and bring the children along for a fun playtime at Melrose Arch

Everyone to strike on Sunday 13 August after 4pm.

14th July 3pm

Brand Evolution- to set up Hollywood Theatre in the Middle Retail Galleria in front of Woolworths. (Draping, Tiffany Chairs in theatre style with TV screen and easels)

14th July 3pm

TCH Bonisa to deliver the TV screen for the Hollywood theater activation,
Kids short movies will be looped through during the activation (program attached)

14 July 6pm-9pm

Quatro Events - will be setting up in the Piazza the Trampoline Bungee and Pedal Go Karts (Leaving enough space for the Jumping castles and Nerf activation weekend builds) Quatro Events will activate 15-30 July 2017

14 July 8pm-9pm

Greenbusters - Will set up one table for Lego and Duplo building activity and run a competition there's a Duplo hamper to be given away. Second table to be set up with wooden train set, wooden marble run and wooden building blocks
Blot- will set up astro turf place a table with four chairs and place various promos for kids
Artjamming will also be setting up their paint activities

14 July 6pm-9pm

My Little Pony will set up their interactive stand in Slip and Cross for a 4 week period every Friday evening for the weekends only until the 13 August 2017. Stand includes a beading station and interactive promoters / childminders for the kids.

15 July 6am-9am

Funatics - Jumping Castles will set up the jumping castles on the Piazza and will activate for the full duration 15 July - 12 August 2017

17 July 6pm - 9pm

JHB Live to set up Gumball machine and photo booth activation in the Upper Galleria in front of Clicks. Every time a picture is taken a gumball with prizes attached is released.

21 July 6pm-9pm

Mbali and Selvan - Nerf will set up their Nerf Activation on the Piazza for a 3 week period every Friday evening for the weekends only until the 12 August 2017. Build includes drums and arena set up for the younger boys to play with the nerf foam guns amongst themselves with the childminders and promoters present.

27 July 6pm-9am

Radtrax will set up on the Square for activation 28 July -7 August 2017 of the Radtrax "Skate Park" activation. Radtrax is a Skate Park track experience with bmx bikes, scooters, skateboards available for hire, childminders and staff onsite to man the space and ensure safety of the patrons.
