        Dear Tenant,

Group 5 will relocate the perimeter fencing along Whiteley ( below visual ) due to the development's progress requirements:


*         Incoming lane  from Athol Oaklands to High Street will be reduced to one lane

*         Changes will effectively remain in place for approximately 20 months

*         The fence move will take approximately 5 days from today, 17th Aug.

Noise levels will be kept at a minimum and ensure that safety is a priority.

Further developments will be communicated in due course.

Kindly advise your guests, staff & colleagues of same
