        Dear Tenant,

Please take not that we have granted permission to Concept Cyclery and Modcon to host the Helivac Criterium on the precinct on Sunday 13 August 2017

The set-up will commence from 6pm, 12th August 2017 and the Criterium will begin 07h00 until 13h00 on the 13th August 2017.

The strike and clean-up will be conducted from 13h00 - 18h00 on the 13th August 2017.

The following roads will be closed | Whitely Road, Top of High Street, Crescent and one side of Melrose Boulevard from midnight on12th August to 6pm on Sunday the 13th August 2017

The setup will comprise of a full race track along the above roads with 6 gazebo's on the Piazza and the registration desk, start and finish line outside the Concept Cyclery store.

The objective of the activation is to bring families to be entertained and partake in the races at the precinct as well as to create awareness of cycling and the industry in South Africa.
