the use of WhatsApp to appropriate topics and times rather than a convenience to replace emails and the internal phone lines. Receiving messages outside of working hours and through the wrong channels can affect the response times and is unnecessary when other
team members are available on-site to assist.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
