caused some concern. We therefore sought clarification and assistance from our Ward Councillor, Mandy Marr, and her team.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

not qualify for the rebate in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act.</span></i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The City has since obtained a legal opinion confirming that it may extend the pensioner rebate to life right holders, provided they meet the
City's eligibility requirements for the pensioner rebate.<o:p></o:p></span></i></b></p>
