<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">from 8am to 5pm and one ENA on duty at night and over the weekends. We believe that as there is no

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">provision in our LRAs, the cost of providing this service should be borne by Evergreen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">lead to a significant lowering in ambiance of the lifestyle centre and the lifestyle of the residents and

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">impact negatively on the marketability of units at Evergreen Muizenberg. Various options like reducing the
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">hours when Bistro services would be available were also considered.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">The cost of providing this service over and above the prices paid for meals, snacks and tea/coffee by the
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">residents should, we feel, be for the account of the sales division of Evergreen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">As I say, this is an ongoing process and further input and developments could lead to changes which will
