        Dear Resident,



The well-known saying "out with the old, in with the new" is at this time very apt.



As Garry, our Evergreen MD, mentioned on Tuesday an announcement around the

replacement for Village Manager at Evergreen Muizenberg will be forthcoming in the new year.



In the meantime Kim will be caretaking in the role of Village Manager until such time a new

village manager is appointed.



Kim, however, goes on a well-earned and very deserved break from1 January for three weeks

of annual leave and will return to the office on 19 January 2023.



During this time Christine Dempers, the village manager at Evergreen Diep River, and previously

at Evergreen Bergvliet, will manage the village, assisted by our duty managers and staff.



Stay safe, be extra vigilant around this time.
