[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,

I have the inevitable task of informing you of an unavoidable meal price increase. I am sure you have
all noticed the massive increase in food prices over the past six months in particular.

We have been informed by FEDICS that due to this increased pricing in food, fuel and utilities they
have been pressurised by these costs to increase their selling prices.

FEDICS have been operating in our village since the 1st of March 2023, although there has been some
ups and downs, we believe on the whole it has been a positive relationship and improvement to the all
round experience.

As of Friday 18 August, the following price increase will be implemented:

Muizenberg

Daily Lunch Option 1

R 65.00

R 72.00

Although this increase is drastic, it is necessary for FEDICS to keep operating within the village and to keep
trying to improve on their offering.

Selective 'Coffee shop' items will also be adjusted based on market related pricing.
