[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Residents,

Some residents have approached us regarding the annual flu vaccinations that are normally administered at this time of the year.
Apologies for only coming back to you now, we have just been notified by Evergreen Health, they will not be supplying and administering Flu vaccinations this year.

They have cited a number of reasons


  *   Evergreen Health do not have a practice number for you to claim through your medical aid, a long drawn out issue in previous years
  *   Last year there were a number last minute cancelled Vaccinations which resulted in a lot of wastage and unnecessary cost,
  *   The Department of Health (DOH) have set new rules with regards to facilities such as ours to administer the vaccinations, amongst others, staff qualifications and the storing thereof.

Please feel free to visit one of our nearest pharmacies (Monday to Friday) to receive the vaccination; listed below


  1.  Clicks (Capricorn) - Call to book appointment (021 788 4673); all major medical aids accepted - Cost R125


  1.  Rustenburg (Muizenberg) - Call to book appointment (021 788 8028); vaccines only administered on Mondays between 11am - 2pm; medical aids accepted - Cost R150


  1.  Synergy (Tokai) -  Residents must send a WhatsApp (NO CALLS) to 079 949 1784 to book an appointment; all major medical aids accepted - Cost R160


  1.  Dis-Chem (Blue Route) - No bookings necessary; all major medical aids accepted - Cost R120
