        Dear Resident,

Many of you submitted questions for the upcoming AGM on Monday.

Your questions were circulated to the various Evergreen departments for a
response, please find the document attached. They have been categorised
into different subject headings for ease of reference.

At the AGM on Monday feel free to ask any additional questions that might not have
been answered in this document.

We are expecting some much needed rain this week-end, have a lovely, safe and dry one.
