        Dear Resident,

We have some exciting activities and happenings in the next few weeks.

Please find attached posters and information for the following -

  *   Our first Pizza & Wine evening, Wednesday 13 July, book at the Bistro.
  *   Frozen meal options from our Bistro, including an order form
  *   Christmas Craft Market, 29 October, information page.

Reminders........

  *   This morning, our Wellness Day, come and have your blood pressure,

cholesterol and blood sugar taken, from 11am in the library.

  *   Frogfoot and VOX will be with us on Thursday 14th to inform us of some new initiatives
  *   For Mandela Day we are organizing a Melktert 'bake-off', some lovely prizes to

be won and a chance to donate to this worthy cause

  *   Wednesday 27th our Christmas in July lunch, please book at the Bistro
  *   Outing to SANCCOB in Table View, Friday 29th, this will include a guided tour around the

facilities, finished off with a tea and eats. R200.00 per person
