        Dear Resident,

Here are some important reminders and some notices for future events..
[LOADSHEDDING Notice: We have just been updated to STAGE 3 (COCT) for the rest of this week;   schedule as follows:    Tonight from 8 - 10.3.pm  Tuesday 10am - 12.30pm and 6 - 8.30pm    We'll keep you updated, on the changes (via sms), regularly.]

Don't worry, the loadshedding won't stop us.. here are some things to look forward to;

Thursday, 11 November Remembrance Day Service
If you haven't already, you can get your Poppie from Reception - Donations welcome!

Friday, 12 November our very own Lee Kilian presenting
'Let's have a Conversation, the benefits of coaching' at 2.30pm at the BIG TV area
Book your seat with reception

Monday, 15 November is World Diabetes Day
Our nursing staff will be testing Blood sugar from 10 -12pm, in the Library
Then there will also be a Talk presented by Sister Ania of WoundNet and Ingrid from 3M at
3pm - Topic 'Footcare in the Elderly'
Book your seat with reception

Tuesday, 16 November Tabita's Fashion will be setting up shop
from 10am - 2pm in the Lifestyle Centre

Saturday, 20 November Breakfast special with live entertainment included
Book with the Bistro by no later than 17 November
