[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,

Please note that the Annual General Meeting, which as per the Resident's Committee minutes of 15 September, 2020

was moved to 13 October, has now been postponed to Wednesday 24 November, 2020. Based on the number of
residents who would normally attend such a meeting and with the current Covid-19 regulations pertaining to older
persons' facilities we decided that the postponement of the AGM was in the best interests of you the residents and
your safety.
The current Residents Committee will remain in place until the election of a new one at the AGM.

The next ResCom meeting will take place on Tuesday 13 October, please forward any matters to Reception, a

residents committee member or myself to be included for discussion at the meeting, before end of day this Thursday.
