[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear fellow residents

The Residents Committee has decided once again to give residents the opportunity to contribute to a
monetary gift for Evergreen Village staff during the coming Christmas season. This includes all our
service provider staff that are very much part of our village. It is a way for us to thank them for their
service to us over the past year, which has been a challenging one.

>From Monday a wooden box will be placed at reception to receive your cash contributions on
an anonymous basis. It will remain there until December 14.

ResCom has devised an equitable formula to distribute the money to staff. Management are excluded.
