[Evergreen Muizenberg] Muizenberg Evergreen Levy Increase - Delayed due to CPI

[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,


As per your life right agreement levies are set for an annual increase from 1 September each year.



We have been informed by StatsSA that the CPI figure will only be released on or around 26 August,

traditionally it would be released around the 20th of the month. This has had a negative effect on the

administration process of sending out increase letters and levy statements.



As soon after this figure is released on the 26th we will forward a letter notifying you of the increase

applicable to your levy.



The actual rand value of the increase will be reflected on your September 2020 levy statement.
