        Dear Resident,

WATER & EFFLUENT CHARGES FOR APRIL 2020

As a result of the village lockdown protocols put in place from 14 March, all non-emergency services
were on hold.

This included Motla, the company that reads our water meters on a monthly basis.


  *   For the period February / March, this is an average of your last three months consumption which

you will now pay at the end of April.



  *   For the period March / April, this amount will be exactly the same as the previous amount

( May statement ) and this will be reflected on your June levy statement.
Once the lockdown has been lifted and all services resume to normal, actual readings will be taken
and adjustments will be made to your statement based on these readings.
