<p class="MsoNormal">We, along with some of our residents, have observed a number of non-residents frequenting the Fynbos Bistro lately. The concern, both from residents and the village management, is and always will be the safety and security of our residents
and the village at large.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As a result, we have instructed security not to allow anyone to enter the village for a meal at the Bistro unless their name is on the physical booking sheet, which needs to be provided to the security gate on a daily basis. Security has
also been instructed not to contact the Bistro if anyone arrives without a booking, as this could lead to unauthorized entry. Instead, these individuals will be turned away at the gate.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This arrangement is in line with our existing policy, which requires a verifiable contact within the village to approve entry for visitors, deliveries, and guests.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">- This measure will enhance your safety and security within the village.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- If you have arranged for outside guests to join you for a meal at the Bistro, please ensure that the Bistro has your guest details and has sent them to the gate. This will save everyone some inconvenience. For example, if there are five
people joining you, please specify their names instead of just making a booking for you and five people.<o:p></o:p></p>
