<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">I would like to share information with you relating to the security breach that was reported on the 3<sup>rd</sup> of December last year.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Firstly a big thank you to everyone affected for their patience while we try and get more information from Lake Michelle Management. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">We have requested a full report of the investigation, also immediate steps that were taken, and the reasons for the breach, as referred to in the notice shared by Janet Cannan on
the 7<sup>th</sup> of December 2021.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">We have been in constant communication following the outcome of the independent investigation which was due to be discussed in a Lake Michelle Management meeting last week. Upon
following up again this morning, it was confirmed that the outcome has been handed to the Lake Michelle Board of Directors for further scrutiny. Our dissatisfaction with the delay in communication on the matter has been made clear. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">In addition, I was unable to speak to Janet directly as she is dealing with the current sewerage issue being experienced in Lake Michelle. Further updates will be shared as soon
as I have any information not already communicated in Lake Michelle notices.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">I would like to assure you that Evergreen Management takes this matter very seriously and will respond to the outcome as soon as it is received.<o:p></o:p></p>
